In this e-book, I want to help you better understand your low-back pain and teach you daily stretches that will help you achieve pain-relief. I chose to write this first e-book on lower back pain because it is one of the most common issues that I hear from my clients and it makes sense that this is the case for most of the population. From kids sitting at desks, adults in their office chairs or commuting to work, the general trend for human activity is becoming more sedentary. This is important because our daily activities play the biggest role in our posture and how we move and how we feel. In order to override this trend toward poor posture, we must do something to push back and we have to do this regularly!
